On the day that we toured all over Hue, we also booked to have a fixed course dinner at a local restaurant called yThao Garden. It was billed as a royal dinner and it lived up to its billing. The restaurant was an old colonial house that was beautiful restored and decorated. We sat outside next to a water feature with a small fountain. The menu consisted of 10 courses for the extremely reasonable price of $10 US per person. We splurged and bought a bottle of white wine to go along with it. The whole meal wasn’t more than $40 US.
I’ll let the pictures do the talking but suffice to say the the dishes were every bit as good as they looked. yThao Gardens can be reached at ythaogarden [at] gmail.com
