We are receiving diligent and well informed “Cat Reports” from Rob, the great warden of the cats.
He has generously provided photos which show the new roomies trying to get along. His boy Tom is the ginger cat, with our two girls Keiko the grey and white, and Harley the black cat. As with any new roomies, it is taking some time to get into the groove. There is some swatting and hissing, along with some growling. Apparently Tom did not know how to do this until the girls arrived on the scene. What a bad influence they are.
However, as Rob says:
On whole I’ve decided that my Tom may be a bit of a bully… though I’m thinking he just wants to play, and Harley and Kako don’t want to play Cat & Mouse… with them as the mouse.
Since it is Tom’s name on the lease, he gets to assert his dominance. Well, as long as any man can with two females in the house! Rob kindly supplied the following photos and commentary.
